A foundational course for those who have never done yoga before or are returning to yoga after a long break.
An 8 week course that provides an overview of the basics of yoga practice, either for absolute beginners or those wanting to learn more about yoga principles to enhance or deepen their existing yoga practice.
Join Di Mitchell to begin your yoga journey, her experienced teacher style provides support and growth within each class. Di is adept at providing individualised instructions as needed within the group context. Her clear instructions, attention to detail and her commitment to each student is the perfect balance for beginner groups.
Cost: $160 for a 8 week pre-paid class pass.
