This is a foundational course for those who have never done yoga before or are returning to yoga after a long break.
– An 8-week overview of the basics of yoga practice, either for absolute beginners or those wanting to learn more about yoga principles to enhance or deepen their existing yoga practice.
– Key postures and principles become familiar.
– Connection of breath with movement and experience how yoga can improve wellbeing, increase strength & flexibility and bring overall balance to calm your mind.
– This course prepares you to attend regular classes at AYC at a time that suits.
