These classes are open to all and will be tailored to suit those who are attending.
The 8am class is the strongest and does require a good level of fitness; the following class at 9.30am is more suitable for those who a looking for a gentle reflective practice to conclude 2018.
8.00am – 9.00am Dynamic Vinyasakrama
Dynamic Vinyasakrama class uses asana, (body postures) pranayama (breath work) and bhavana (visualisation) to ease off and loosen physical, mental and emotional tensions that build up at these intense times of the year. Space is created in the physical body through flowing movement and stimulating asana that work towards building strength for staying in. The conscious breath is used throughout class, further engaging the mind and generating internal space.
9.30am – 10.45am Meditative class with deep Relaxation
Preparation is through gentle asana to establish a long smooth breath, selected prānāyāma techniques to calm, clear and guide the mind into a reflective state.
These meditative practices will be layered with many inner tools to assist in sustaining focus long enough to experience a personal space to ‘be’ open and clear.
