Midweek Meditative Yoga.

Unwind with our new offering of a 30 minute guided meditative practice. This class will assist in creating a little more space, lightness and clarity in all layers of our body, breath and mind. A great way to re-set for the remainder of the week, settle our minds and form a connection with ourselves and our yoga community. 
The class will integrate gentle movement, pranayama breathing techniques and nature inspired meditative focal points (bhavanas). Perfect for those new to meditation or more experienced.
