Body, Breath, Mind.

In our daily lives the opportunity to consciously act rather than re-act can ease our suffering.
Yoga provides a pathway to explore the relationship of ‘how/why we act or re-act’, to the patterns of our breath and mind. With practice we can reduce the negative responses and move towards balance and focus.
Tuesday evening classes explore linking the breath to movement and the relationship of the mind.
It will build on the important tools of breath patterns and enable practitioners to move into a deeper relaxed state preparing us for meditation.
The class is suitable for those wanting to reduce stress and increase the relaxation response.
This is a weekly class, no bookings are necessary.
