What is pranayama?
A simplified explanation of prānāyāma is conscious regulation of our breath using patterns and techniques. Learning some prānāyāma techniques will allow you to regain equilibrium. The classes are designed to be done as a series; it is recommended that students attend all consecutive classes.

This series is open to all. This series will build on the initial 4 weeks held in March. However, if you are new to prānāyāma you are still welcome to join us.
