During the COVID-19 restrictions Āgamā is unable to support our students face-to-face at the yoga centre.
The only constant in life is change, Yoga helps us to embrace change in a positive manner.
Āgamā is working through these changing times in multiple ways so we can still support and guide our lovely student sangha.
There are Online 9:30am yoga classes using zoom; but we do understand these may not suit everyone.
With respect and gratitude to Barbara’s teacher T.K.V Desikachar, we are publishing two of the practices from his book; “The Heart of Yoga Developing a Personal Practice”. These are also on Facebook and Instagram.
Āgamā teachers and teacher trainees use this as our Āgamā, our reference point; it is rich with the teachings of Yoga, and explained clearly and succinctly.
