This class is a great opportunity to keep your practice regular when work prevents you from being out in the twilight and enjoying the close of the day.
Winter warmer, the dynamic class is designed to strengthen the immune system and help you keep warm during the approaching colder months.
Physical poses and breath work are used with reflection layered throughout the practice. Keep your body, breath & mind fit and ward off those winter blues as well as the winter flu-s!
