Tuesdays 10:45 – 11:45am.
A soft class, using breath and movement to support and cater to your individual physical needs. This class can improve overall wellbeing, increase strength and flexibility (by using modified key yoga postures) and calm the mind
Suitable for those:
- seeking a gentle class at a slower pace
- who have some restriction of mobility or flexibility
- seeking relief from muscle stiffness and joint pain
- who have a chronic condition/illness or are recovering from injury/trauma
- returning to yoga
