Winter Sundays – 10:30 – 11:45am
We’re taking the opportunity to go deeper inside – moving towards meditation. Just as in the cold winter months we seek warmth and comfort inside; we’ll link with Winter to take a journey inside ourselves.
We start as usual with some dynamic movement and a taste of pranayama (following the breath) and we’ll finish the class with a guided meditation – a different focus each week.
