How are you feeling about taking cautious steps back into the community after our period of isolation? Are you concerned about the impact to your health, or overwhelmed by the changes to our previous way of life? Are you experiencing feelings of stress or anxiety?
Or would you simply like some time to still your mind and increase feelings of wellbeing?
Yoga can provide positive tools to support us through this period of transition.
By connecting body, breath and mind through the practice of yoga, we aim to bring overall
balance to the system and help to calm our mind.
This 4-week series will incorporate the tools of asana (body postures), pranayama
(breath-work) and visualisation to loosen physical, mental and emotional tensions.
Teacher: Rebecca Nathan, Yoga Teacher and Naturopath under the guidance of mentor Barbara Brian, Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist and founder of Agama Yoga Centre.
Everyone is welcome to participate in this series, no prior experience necessary.
Bookings are essential to allow classes to be kept to a minimum to maintain appropriate physical distancing.
