Are you experiencing feelings of stress, overwhelm, restlessness, irritability or poor sleep?
Or would you simply like some time to still your mind and increase feelings of wellbeing?
By connecting body, breath and mind through the practice of yoga, we aim to bring overall balance to the system and help to calm our mind.
This 4 week series will incorporate the tools of asana (body postures), pranayama (breathwork) and visualisation to loosen physical, mental and emotional tensions.
Teacher: Rebecca Nathan, Yoga Teacher and Naturopath under the guidance of mentor Barbara Brian, Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist and founder of Agama Yoga Centre.
Everyone is welcome to participate in this series, no prior experience necessary.
