This is a class for those who are more reticent about physical movement due to injury, lack of fitness or a perception that yoga is not for them.
It’s not really about age but this could be considered a class for ‘seniors’ or older people.
Classes are adapted to students’ needs – delivered via demonstration and clear instructions.
You will be guided through a series of gentle movements and foundation postures which stretch your limbs, deepen your breathing and relax your mind, at a pace that suits you. For example, postures can be performed from a seated position or with the use of chairs and walls.
