It is clear that correct practice of yoga can bring many physical and psychological benefits. Yet the true purpose of asana and pranayama is to prepare the practitioner for meditation. And the scientific evidence supporting the benefits of meditation is now overwhelming.
In this course we will use simple postures, movement and breath to ready body and mind for ‘sitting’. Come and explore this ancient relationship between body, breath and mind. This course is suitable for practitioners of all levels or even for the simply curious.
