Relaxation and Meditation Monday 6:30 – 7:30pm FREE class on 6th Feb then a 5 week program. 13 Feb – 20 March 2017 (13 March is a Public Holiday)
 
Classes will include relaxation into a guided meditation.  Identifying the meditation technique that is right for you beginning with the focus on the breath and stabilising meditations, analytical meditations and visualisations .  Finding more mindfulness in your everyday life & getting to know your mind!

Faye was born in Mumbai with yoga and meditation being part of her schooling in Mussoorie in the foothills of the Himalaya ranges in Northern India.
Faye works in university administration and has 2 adult children and a grand child. She has experienced the many benefits of a yoga and meditation practice.

Faye has been studying yoga under the guidance of her teacher Barbara Brian since 2001 and graduated as a yoga teacher in the tradition of T. Krishnamacharya.
During and since graduation it has been a continuous development for Faye and has enhanced her life in many ways.

Investment: $85 for 5 week pre-paid class pass. First class on 6th Feb is FREE.
