ANTARANGA YOGA – EXPLORING THE INNER LIMBS OF YOGA.

Sunday 17th November 9am – 5pm.

Join Nrithya Jagannathan, Senior Yoga Teacher and Therapist from the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram(KYM) for this Workshop leading to inner reflection. Nrithya is a Senior Yoga Teacher and Therapist and long-time Student and Practitioner at the KYM, Chennai, India.

This is the last of our Post Graduate Workshops for the year. We’ve studied the external limbs – Asana, Pranayama & Pratyahara with a focus on the Elements. Now we bring it all together, moving from the external to the internal limbs of yoga. Creating a complete Yoga Sadhana.

This can be taken as a one-off Workshop if you are interested in going a little deeper with your own practice and what you offer your students. The Inner Limbs lead us step-by-step towards Meditation or Samadhi.

The practical goal of meditation is to help us change, to transform, so meditation can be:
– the art of participating and feeling free to live in the moment
– an invitation to explore our personal inner ‘life’
– being mindful and reflective about the changes influencing our‘truth’
– being aware of the patterns that bind us into ‘fixed’ rather than open perception of ourselves and the world.

Nrithya will offer theory and practice sessions throughout the day, concluding with a review with questions.
