Take the vitality and optimism of Summer into your life through a course over 5 days designed to help you link with the life-affirming qualities of Summer. The classes will be energising asana (physical postures), pranayama and visualisation. This early-morning practice is designed to help you see the patterns in nature as a guide to exploring your own potential.
