3 Days, Friday 19th – Sunday 21st June 2015.  9.30am – 5pm each day.

Cultivating space in personal practice, to teach and to share

This three-day event will emphasize the importance for Teachers to create space for themselves and their students to experience ‘whatever’ arises from their yoga practice, whether personally tailored or offered to a group.

Questions to explore as both students and teachers of yoga:
– What gives us access to the space of personal experience?
– What prevents a personal connection in your yoga practice?

We will offer:
– A framework for self-study in yoga practice that will apply and integrate the main tools of yoga.
– Interactive course planning exercises in asana, pranayama and dhyanam with a focus on gifting space for self-study.

This three-day event is useful for:
Teachers, Teachers-in-Training in the tradition of T.Krishnamacharya and for teachers of other approaches who are interested in postgraduate study with our tradition.
