New Class: Body, Breath & Mind

Tuesdays 6.30 - 7.30pm with Larissa Lewis

A restorative 60 min class, using yoga tools of asana, pranayama and guided relaxation to restore the body, the breath and the mind at the end of the day.

Options to stay for an extra 15 minutes to practise mediation techniques for use at home.
