New class: Yoga for strength & energy

NEW CLASS FOR TERM 4 - STARTING OCT 2 2023
Mondays 9.30-10.30am with Rebecca Nathan

Would you like to feel stronger and more aligned through the body? Could you benefit from more stability through the spine and less stiffness in the joints? Toned muscles and a stronger core? A feeling of positive energy and health!

A stronger body provides many health benefits as we move towards midlife and beyond.

By connecting body, breath and mind through the practice of yoga, we aim to strengthen the body, enhance vitality and promote a calm and clear mind.

These classes will start with dynamic movement to warm up the entire body followed by a series of postures (asana) to engage your core and strengthen and tone your muscles. We will incorporate breathwork (pranayama) to connect to your inner source of energy.

  • Cost: Casual class $25 or class pass
