Join Bec for a series designed to help reduce tension in the body, bring a sense of calm to the mind and promote overall health and wellbeing.
We will work with gentle asana to prepare for the exploration of various tools and techniques of breathwork (pranayama) and meditation. Everyone welcome…class is suitable for all.
