Daylight saving is coming and now the more consolidating term begins with not so many distractions from routine life. Taking time out to make a commitment to yourself and your yoga practice is opportune.

There are a few new opportunities to find something suitable earlier in the week and at an earlier timeslot. It seems that students like to start the week with good intentions for their health and wellbeing. Monday seems to be very popular for practice, so we’re adding two more classes; a beginner asana class and an introductory meditative class.

Bec Nathan has put together a very informative class on strengthening as we age, so look out for that on Monday April 22nd her regular 9.30 timeslot for Strength and Energize class.

It was amazing being with so many of you for the Easter Intensive. Most attended all 4 days. Consecutive practice over a period of time has the capacity to change something, to deepen your understanding of how yoga can support your life.

Looking forward to seeing you at class,

Barb and the AYC Team
