Our yoga teachers balance their busy work-life by taking the opportunity to experience nature and cultures that touch the deepest parts of us.

Some enjoy the beauty of nature by ‘walking the earth’ along the Great Ocean coastline; another journeying to our centre, Uluru and yet another diving into a totally different place and culture - Mexico.

Lyn and Louise are both enjoying the hike along the coast together, Nadia has a rare opportunity to refresh and be inspired by immersing herself into our ancient land at its centre, Uluru. Jess is leaving us for a month diving into a Mexican adventure with her partner. Bec and Geetha will take her sunrise classes for the month. Looking forward to some pics and highlights from their adventures on their return. Thank you to those teachers covering classes for each other.

Hiking and exploring are great pre-winter rituals as the clouds and rain will soon descend into a misty mysterious winterscape, not quite so comfortable for those on foot. This is a time for strengthening and sustaining all round fitness and bringing ‘light’ into our lives ready for the winter ahead.

Looking forward to seeing you in class,

Barb and the AYC Team
