Easter yoga intensive
Two classes offered daily, 8-9am + 9.30-10.30am
Fri 29 March - Mon 1 April 2024
Classes are focused on exploring various breath techniques within asana and meditation. Preparation is through gentle asana to establish a long smooth breath, selected prānāyāma techniques to calm, clear and guide the mind into a reflective state.
These meditative practices will be layered with many inner tools to assist in sustaining focus long enough to experience a personal space to ‘be’ open and clear.
Themes throughout the intensive include abundance, maturity, change, preservation & re-connection.
Two sessions are offered – 8-9am & 9.30 -10.30am. These can be taken separately or combined. More details will be given upon application.
