Thursdays 6.30 – 7.30pm, Fiona: 20, 27 June and 4 July, followed by Lyn from July 11.

It has been said, it takes 3 weeks to break a habit. Explore the concept of vairagyam (detachment), make a vow, and make a change.

Our Thursday meditation classes are taught by a variety of teachers over the year. Each teacher brings her own unique dimensions to the practice, thus giving students myriad experiences. Each teacher takes consecutive classes ranging from a series of classes, to an entire term. Denise is teaching up to and including 13 June. She has been basing her classes on Hindu goddesses, linking with their qualities, and using mantra as the major tool in her meditative practice.

From 20 June Fiona Hardie and Lyn Camilleri will be taking consecutive classes, each series exploring a theme. From 20 June for 3 weeks, join Fiona to address an aspect in your life - for example a habit, behaviour, or thoughts - that you would like to 'detach' from. From 11 July join Lyn as she takes you on a meditative journey over 4 classes.

 While attending consecutive classes is desirable, drop-ins are welcome.
