In these hectic times, make a commitment to re-balance, restore your inner peace, and relax by connecting to the natural elements. Our Thursday 6.30 pm meditation classes continue. From 11 July, for 4 weeks, join Lyn Camilleri on a meditative journey of the elements: earth; water; fire; and air.
The class will start with simple movements and chant, progressing to controlled breathing (pranayama) and linking with our element focus. These practices have the capacity to move you from a state of mental distraction or agitation to a calm and focused mind.
While attending consecutive classes is desirable, drop-ins are welcome.
