Meditative Practice Series
Thursdays 6.30 - 745.pm, 15, 22, 29 June and 6 July
Starting with some gentle asana (physical postures) and allowing our breath to lengthen, we will then explore various tools including chant, nyasam (touch), and pranayama (breath practices) to move us inwards towards a meditative state.
This series will be led by Fiona Hardie, informed by her studies at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandarim in Chennai.
