iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation Workshop

Are you curious about learning Meditation as a form of self-inquiry?

iRest is a modern day adaption of the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra. It’s goal is to reconnect us with our deepest, most intuitive and spontaneous intelligence - our Essential Nature. To welcome life on its terms and to meet each moment without agenda or expectation.

iRest utlilizes a 10 step protocol that will be explored in this workshop. It’s teachings work through the Yogic Model of the Pancamaya (5 Layers of the Human System).

The workshop will also offer an experience implementing these steps through a 40 minute guided meditation practice. The tools learnt in practice can be taken into every day life.

This workshop will be suitable for yoga teachers or trainees who may wish to explore new ways to incorporate meditation into their practice or teachings.

Participants are encouraged to find a comfortable position to experience the practice.

Workshop conducted by Jill Harris, Yoga Teacher & Therapist
