Prane Nivisto

This chant comes from the Mahanarayana Upanisat and honours each of the 5 vayus - prana, apana, vyana, udana and samana. It is classically chanted as part of a ritual around food - Fiona will teach you the meaning and the ritual, as well as the chant itself.

While it's ideal to attend all 3 sessions, there is a lot of repetition, so you could drop in to one or two if you like. Fiona will explain the ritual in the first class.
